Hi All,

Just wanted to let you know we moved from Long Island to a suburb of Albany, NY. Things are good except we lost our favorite dentist.

I wanted to express my gratitude for being there for me on Sunday when I had a dental emergency. I value your time and would have never called your emergency service to contact you at home unless it was extremely urgent. You returned my call so promptly (minutes seem like hours when you are holding your front tooth in your hand) and made me feel calm and at ease with this dilemma.

Words cannot express how much it meant to me that you met me, with your two beautiful daughters, at your office on a Sunday morning to bond my tooth. I appreciate all of the time you spent preparing the tooth to make the best fit possible. Your dentistry is gentle, and the quality of work is superior. Dear Dr. Kobak,

Arthur is out of the hospital today, and recovered very well. We will be seeing Dr. Goldberg on Monday afternoon.

There is no way we can express our feelings of gratitude that would be enough, for your wonderful help last Saturday afternoon.

By having us come to the office so that you could examine Arthur, we feel that you saved his life. Arthur is a caring, compassionate person who helps others, and has a lot to contend with in his life, though he doesn't have Downs Syndrome.
